Position Overview

We are currently hiring Landscape & Construction Laborers to support our projects in:

• Grading & Clearing

• Top Man & Bottom Man Pipe Laying Experience

• Excavation & Drainage

• Hardscape & Landscape Construction

• Landscape Installation & Enhancement

Compensation & Advancement

• Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience, leadership, and responsibility)

• Davis & Bacon Prevailing Wage Opportunities 

• Salary positions available for qualified candidates

• Weekly pay 

Benefits & Incentives

• Prevailing wage opportunities

• $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days

• Boot allowance after 30 days

• One week paid vacation after 90 days

• 401K with company match (up to 3.5%)

• Referral bonus: $100 after new hire completes 30 days

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Team player with good communication skills

• Punctuality and reliability—ready to start on time at our facility or job site

• Ability to professionally represent yourself and AMS Landscaping

• Commitment to a safe, drug- and alcohol-free work environment

Requirements

• Must pass random drug screenings

• Clean driving record (CDL is a strong plus)

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, light and heavy-duty vehicles, and construction equipment

• Knowledge of equipment safety and proper load securement
