We’re seeking a Project Manager (Landscape Architect) who wants to grow with a firm that has a clear vision and the systems to support it. You are someone who communicates clearly, thinks like a leader, and enjoys both design and business development.

Compensation:
$68,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through construction
- Lead client meetings, coordinate consultants, and oversee design production
- Develop designs using hand sketching, AutoCAD/Land F/X, Photoshop, and other tools
- Support business development through proposals, client follow-ups, and presentations
- Track project deadlines, budgets, and team performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure alignment with firm vision and standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture ()
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Suite, hand sketching, and rendering tools
- Strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills
- Understanding of construction detailing and project coordination
- Positive, accountable, and coachable mindset
- Business development interest or experience a strong plus
- Licensure or in-progress
