Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations at the landfill site, ensuring all activities align with environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance site efficiency and sustainability.
  • Monitor and manage site budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to maintain compliance and build strong community relationships.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on site performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of a degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience (in addition to the education requirement)
