Requirements:
- Coordinate and schedule construction staking projects with contractors Prepare staking sheets and perform calculations for field crews
- Oversee quality control on staking projects and produce as-staked plots for contractors
- Prepare and draft survey products such as Corner Records, Records of Surveys, ALTA surveys, Easement Plats, and Subdivision Maps Conduct title and mapping research
- Utilize software tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Bluebeam) to create reports and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between the office and field crews, providing briefing and daily support
Qualifications and Experience
- LSIT is or a clear path to obtaining the LSIT
- Experience in construction staking, including performing calculations and applying survey procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical information clearly
- Familiarity with procedures and practices of boundary surveys and analysis
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse personalities
