Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a motivated Land Development Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in site civil and land development projects. The ideal candidate will hold an EIT certification (PE ) and be skilled in subdivision design, grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer projects.
Responsibilities:
• Review site development and subdivision plans (grading, drainage, utilities)
• Support permitting and inspections
• Coordinate with applicants
• Assist with platting, zoning, and subdivision regulations compliance
Qualifications:
• BS in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of land development/site design experience
• EIT required; PE in Texas
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of subdivision ordinances, drainage design, and municipal standards
