We are a rapidly growing lake maintenance and shoreline restoration company serving Lee and Collier Counties. Our reputation is built on excellence, long-term customer relationships, and unique expertise in shoreline stabilization, lake management, and water feature installation. As we expand into new markets, we are seeking a Fountain & Aerator Technician to join our team.
Important Requirements
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing work ().
- Prior experience with fountains, aerators, or irrigation systems a plus (training available).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license (no major violations within 3 years).
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair fountains and aerators in lakes and ponds.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues with water features.
- Assist with equipment setup, launch, and retrieval from worksites.
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, and related components.
- Tow trailers and safely transport equipment.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with supervisors and clients.
- Support other field crews when needed.

$1,000 after 30 days of employment
$750 after 60 days of employment
$750 after 90 days of employment
