Job Title: Laboratory Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift Available)
Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Pay Rate: $22.50/hr (W2, no benefits)
Contract Duration:contract role (with potential for extension or conversion)
Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
• Identify analyzed samples and verify sequencing
• Process and analyze data from instruments (GC/MS, LC/MS/MS)
• Perform initial data review per assay-specific SOPs
• Upload results to Laboratory Information System (LIS) for certification
• Maintain complete and accurate Chain of Custody documentation
• Communicate effectively and escalate issues promptly
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory setting
• Comfortable working with biological specimens, chemicals, and lab equipment
