Laboratory Technician II – Contract Opportunity

Location: 440 College Park Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146

⏳ Duration: 12-month W2 contract (possibility of extension or conversion)

Shift: Day Shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will support quality assurance and research operations through a variety of laboratory tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples, take measurements, and perform routine chemical tests (quantitative & qualitative) following standard procedures.
• Assist senior technicians with lab equipment setup and data documentation.
• Operate various instruments to prepare and conduct tests.
• Conduct routine safety checks and preventive maintenance on lab instruments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior lab experience with safe chemical handling and proper record-keeping ().
• Some chemistry coursework is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
