What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring laboratory staff for optimal performance
  
• Ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to laboratory protocols
• Managing documentation like SOPs, protocols, and testing reports
• Driving stability programs and overseeing product specifications
• Conducting OOS investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting training and team-based problem-solving efforts
• Maintaining flexibility to support weekend/holiday operations as needed

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• Comfortable working in a regulated lab setting with cGMP standards
• Confident conducting technical investigations and reporting findings
• Ready to lead process improvements and drive operational excellence
