Job DescriptionJob Title: Laboratory Manager

Location: 45 minutes North of Buffalo, New York

Employment Type: Full-time

Relocation Assistance: Available

Retention Bonus: Up to $20,000 paid every 6 months over 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff across shifts in a full-service hospital lab, including blood banking
• Oversee testing operations, including outsourcing to Labcorp and Quest
• Ensure 24/7 lab schedule is maintained effectively
• Comply with NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license requirements

Requirements:

• NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license
• Prior experience in a hospital lab setting
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
