• 7+ years of experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Life science laboratory experience
• Worked in a Microsoft environment building or imaging PCs.
• Installation or upgrade hardware
• Dealing with tickets, have experience in Laboratory working with scientist on their requirements, including PCs, troubleshooting, vendor support activities, Sound technical knowledge on various hardware and software issues.
