Laboratory Director (Working Manager)
Location: Junction, Texas (Onsite)
Work Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)
• On-Call: Rotating weekends
The Laboratory Director is responsible for overseeing laboratory operations while also performing hands-on duties as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLT).
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both administrative and clinical responsibilities in a small hospital setting.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of laboratory leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience as MT / MLT (hands-on lab work required)
• Strong experience in Blood Bank (Required)
• ASCP Certification (MT/MLS/MLT – /Required as per facility)
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and compliance standards

• Hospital Laboratory Department
• Onsite role in Junction, TX
• Team size: 3 Full-Time Techs + 1 PRN
• Working manager role (clinical + administrative duties)
