Laboratory Automation Specialist

Boston, Massachusetts

Long-Term Project

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and automate the GDS system
• Perform CSV activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, compliance documentation)
• Integrate GDS with lab systems, robotics, and data workflows
• Troubleshoot system, automation, robotics, and incubation issues
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams

Must-Have Experience

• Direct hands-on experience with Growth Direct System (GDS)
• 5+ years Computer System Validation (CSV)
• Experience with automation/robotics systems
• Experience with automated incubators or microbiology workflows
• MODA experience
