Mason-Grey is hiring a Laboratory Analsyt with expertise in biochemical assays with a minimum of two years of experience. This is an onsite position in Malvern PA at our client location, a leading life sciences company.
POSITION: Laboratory Analyst

LOCATION: Malvern PA
DURATION: One Year (extension possible)
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate is a maximum range of $42.00 to $45.00. This will annualize to an estimated range of $80,000 to $88,000 based on 40 hour work weeks and 50 of 52 working weeks per year. OT is payable at 1.5X base rate and will add to the overall compensation based on actual hours worked.
JOB DESCRIPTION/EXPERIENCE: Laboratory Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required.
• Experience with a minimum of two of the following techniques is required:
Plate-based biochemical assays (impurity, HCP), ELISA, FRET, Cell based potency assays.
• Experience working in a cGMP environment is required. Perform experiments and data review according to SOPs and protocols.
• Experience with electronic laboratory notebook is .
• Excellence in bioassay trouble shooting is .
• Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with studies is .
