Your mission? To drive improvement and innovation in finishing those exquisite Label and Card products. You'll steer a team dedicated to rewinding, handling, and packaging these top-tier products with seamless efficiency and style.

A Day in Your Position:

• Leading the Team: Inspire and guide your postproduction crew involved in winding, packing, and seizing tasks that keep our operations streamlined and flawless.
• Partnering with Press Operators: Bridge the communication gap as the conduit of information between press operators and finishing teams, ensuring a symphonic operational flow.
• Communicate with Clarity: By becoming the voice of Label Finishing, you'll address and resolve any operational hitches, working alongside fellow supervisors to boost room-wide productivity.
• Crisis Leader: Step into supervisor shoes in their absence, lending robust support.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Extensive experience in flexographic printing, particularly in rewinding and packaging.
• Stellar communication that resonates with teams and management alike.
• A knack for problem-solving, navigating challenges with deft agility to resolve problems promptly.
• Tech-savvy, with computer skills that complement the demands of equipment operation and process documentation.
• Able to manage significant physical tasks, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds using lifting tools.
• A desire for excellence, supported by a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
