Job Title: Kitchen/Bath CAD Technician – Countertops Design
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Range: $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented kitchen and bath CAD Technician to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise designs for kitchen and bathroom countertops and other related components. This position requires someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring design concepts to life through accurate CAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed CAD drawings for countertops and related installations.

• Work closely with designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Interpret specifications, layouts, and measurements to produce workable designs.

• Update and maintain design files to reflect project changes and revisions.

• Ensure designs meet industry standards, project requirements, and client expectations.

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot design challenges and provide solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician, specifically with kitchen and bathroom projects.

• Strong proficiency with CAD software and related design tools.

• Knowledge of countertop design, materials, and fabrication processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
