Kitchen and Laundry Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Kitchen and Laundry Technician to join our team in Rixos Al Mairid at Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our kitchen and laundry facilities ensuring smooth operations and adherence to hygiene standards.

• Operate clean and maintain kitchen and laundry equipment including dishwashers washing machines dryers and cooking appliances
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks in kitchen and laundry areas following established procedures and schedules
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist in the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils linens and other supplies
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
• Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and cleaning procedures
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities equipment maintenance and inventory

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in operating various kitchen and laundry equipment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills for kitchen and laundry equipment
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing walking and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Food safety certification preferred
• Previous experience in kitchen or laundry operations particularly in a hospitality or healthcare setting is a plus
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations is beneficial
