Key Account Manager - Civil Survey

SUMMARY: The Key Account Manager - Civil Survey is responsible for interfacing with Key Account customers daily as directed and assigned. The primary focus of the Key Account Manager is to provide solutions to the customer while developing and maintaining strong relationships. NOTE: This position may be based out of one of our Texas offices - Austin, Houston, San Antonio or Dallas. Five plus years of surveying experience REQUIRED.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interfacing with customers daily both in-person and virtually
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Coordinating sales and rental orders with the Operations department
- Developing quotes for customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing various reports as needed
- Effectively communicate with all departments across the company
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of surveying experience REQUIRED
- 2+ years business development, sales, project management, or client engagement experience
- Energy/Heavy Civil experience is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve solutions
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak and present in a professional manner
- Highly organized
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Ability to successfully work with multi-level experienced individuals

COMPUTER SKILLS/EQUIPMENT USED:
- General office equipment (computer, printer, fax, copy machine), scanner, calculator.
- Computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and SharePoint.
