As Key Account Manager – Fleet & Mobility Solutions, you will be responsible for Key Business Mobility Customers in Belgium, operating at the forefront of the Energy Transition. In this fast-moving, evolving market, you will drive commercial growth, innovation, and customer success by helping businesses optimize their fleets, reduce emissions, and navigate complex mobility challenges.

This role requires exceptional portfolio and relationship management skills, combined with the ability to identify and leverage opportunities with global companies. You will be a trusted advisor to your customers, guiding them through their decarbonization journey while delivering tangible business impact.

This position is designed for someone with a true passion for both nurturing existing accounts (FARMING) and pursuing new business opportunities (HUNTING). You will play a critical, high-impact role in Fleet Solutions, with significant growth potential and the opportunity to shape the future of mobility in Belgium.

With access to one of the largest B2B mobility portfolios in the world, including EV, e-Depot, Biofuels, digital payments, telematics, and fleet management solutions, you will be empowered to innovate, influence, and make a visible difference in how businesses operate sustainably.

Key Accountabilities

  • Customer Portfolio Management: Manage, develop, and grow a selective portfolio of key B2B mobility accounts, delivering agreed margins and volumes through face-to-face and remote selling.
  • Energy Transition Leadership: Lead customers through decarbonization initiatives using Shell’s renewable and low-carbon solutions (EV, e-Depot, Biofuels, Bio-LNG).
  • Deploy & Scale CVPs: Act as the local expert for digital fleet solutions, mobility services, and other Customer Value Propositions (CVPs). Pitch and implement solutions that solve real customer challenges.
  • Drive Innovation & Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and propose minority investments or acquisitions that accelerate growth.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Act as the key connector between Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Mobility, New Energies, Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Hunt for Growth: Actively identify and convert new business opportunities, combining deep market knowledge with creativity and persistence.
  • Role Model & Compliance: Lead by example in Sales 1st behaviors and Learner Mindset, ensuring full adherence to Shell Ethics & Compliance and HSSE standards

Profile

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Languages

Fluent in Dutch, French and English

Experience

  • 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience. Experience in energy or leasing is a strong plus
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making track record with key customers.
  • Ability to build trust and manage relationships at every organizational level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and drive for results.
  • Fast learner with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Passion for sales, mobility, innovation, and solving customer challenges.
  • Willingness to travel across Belgium for customer visits.
