As part of their continued European growth, they are now seeking an experienced Account Manager / Business Development Manager to strengthen their market presence across the Nordic region and drive partnerships within the EV ecosystem.
Your Impact in the Role
In this position, you will play a central role in advancing EV charging adoption across the Nordics. You will leverage your sector expertise to build strong relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs), OEMs, fleet operators, energy providers, and infrastructure partners.
Working with a portfolio that spans from compact AC units to ultra-fast DC solutions in the megawatt range, you will help organisations future-proof their charging capabilities with next-generation technology.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Expand the company’s Nordic presence through strategic partnerships and targeted outreach.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Account Management & Client Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Support customers through planning, implementation, and post-installation service.
Product Advocacy & Market Awareness
- Promote the company’s advanced charging and energy storage solutions.
- Champion Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) capabilities and other innovative features.
- Represent the brand at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Collaboration & Internal Alignment
- Work closely with wider teams to align on objectives.
- Share market insights to guide product development and service improvements.
- Provide regular reporting on sales results, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management
- Develop proposals, tenders, and pricing models that meet client and market requirements.
- Negotiate and secure long-term agreements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
Profile Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within EV charging, renewable energy, or mobility sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Nordic EV infrastructure market and its key players.
- Experience working with charge point operators, fleet managers, or energy providers.
- Technical understanding of EV charging technology, energy storage, or smart grid solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English and a regional language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Nordic region and occasionally across Europe.
