Key Account and Business Development Manager

As we create a colorful, capable and cleaner world through chemistry, we invite you to join our team to harness the power of chemistry to shape markets, redefine industries and improve lives for billions of people around the world.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage sizable key accounts (global or regional), develop annual key account plan with account strategies and account goals, mobilise resources across different functions and local country account managers to execute the plan and achieve the goal.Lead and provide guidance to a small team of account managers in commercial activities to achieve annual growth goals in designated marketsNegotiate new contracts or change of existing contractsDrive growth from local contract customers and distributors, to achieve commercial growth goals Hunt for new customers and develop a commercial approach to enlist them into our portfolioDevelop and manage sales contracts and distributor agreements / distributors KPIs in a disciplined wayCollect and analyse market intelligence info and provide timely business intelligence inputs to regional and global teamResponsible for monthly bottom-up demand forecast per S&OP processEnsure local regulatory and stewardship compliance to maintain the right to operate businessEffectively use of all sales tools such as SFDC, Sirion contract database, OMP demand forecast planning, etc. Always look for opportunities to mix/ enrich portfolio and improve profitability.Drive timely collection of accounts receivables to meet business’ cash goalsQUALIFICATIONS:BS or above, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or business administration10 years business /commercial experience in relevant B2B industry, experience with TiO2 or coatings / plastics industries is a plusExperience of aggressively growing a portfolio in a profitable way in past jobs is a plusThink strategically and act fast, articulate and translate customer needs into actionable plans to drive business resultsWith strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels to create win-win for both Chemours and customersAbility to execute and manage ambiguity in a dynamic business environment A collaborative team playerGood command of oral and written English and Mandarin.BenefitsFlexibility and hybrid working model Competitive compensation and benefits packageLearning and development opportunitiesInclusive and diversified environmentsWe are ChemoursChemours is a different kind of chemistry company, committed to creating a better world through the power of our chemistry.
