Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNow hiring a K-12 Construction Project Manager in Garland, Texas! We’re seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager to lead multiple K-12 construction projects for School Districts. This dynamic role involves managing all aspects of project delivery—including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and compliance—while maintaining strong relationships with school leadership to ensure minimal disruption to educational activities. You’ll oversee contracts for architects, consultants, and contractors; support design reviews and procurement processes; and coordinate permitting, construction logistics, and site operations. Responsibilities also include reviewing pay applications and change orders, responding to incidents and claims, attending weekly OAC meetings and site visits, and providing monthly progress updates. You’ll be expected to follow strict change management procedures, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure timely closeout and warranty documentation.
