You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from residential and commercial developments to mixed-use and regeneration schemes. This is a role where you can make a real impact; guiding projects from concept through to completion while managing planning applications and overseeing development management responsibilities.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Prepare, manage, and submit planning applications and appeals\n\n * Oversee development management processes to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with planning conditions\n\n * Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to build strong relationships\n\n * Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning policy research\n\n * Provide strategic planning and development advice to clients and project teams\n\n * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental specialists\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)\n\n * Relevant experience in a similar role\n\n * Understanding of UK planning legislation, policy, and development management\n\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n\n * A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary package dependent on experience\n\n * Hybrid and flexible working options\n\n * Opportunities for career progression within a supportive environment\n\n * Exposure to a wide variety of projects and sectors\n\nInterested?
