This is a full-time, hands-on role based out of Horsham, ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to learn a specialist trade with a company that’s going places.

Key Responsibilities of the Swimming Pool Installation Engineer:



Install bespoke luxury swimming pools to the highest standard across the UK

Operate hand tools, power tools, and plant equipment (training provided)

Follow detailed processes and instructions with care and precision

Solve practical challenges on-site with a can-do attitude

Travel nationwide, often staying overnight as part of a small team

What You’ll Need:



A full UK driving licence (essential)

A solid work ethic, common sense, and eagerness to learn

Willingness to travel and stay away from home (most weeks)

Experience in groundwork or landscaping is a bonus — but not required
