Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

I am currently seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor for work with a UK Construction Contractor based in St Albans. This would be a permanent position for the right candidate.\n\nThis role would include but not be limited to the below\n\n * Prepare monthly financial reports for individual projects, current and predicted, cost, value and margin for internal reporting.\n\n * Ensure all records and files are up to date and comprehensive.\n\n * Prepare monthly valuations for individual projects.\n\n * Reviewing/preparing payment applications\n\n * The role would require some international travel within Europe\n\nThe Ideal Candidate will have\n\n * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Junior Surveyor, Graduate QS or similar\n\n * Experienced in JCT/NEC form of contract\n\n * Previous experience working within Construction, Civils, Rail or similar.\n\n * University background is required\n\nIf you are keen, apply now
