rocurement Specialist / Global Buyer – Used Consumer Electronics

Responsibilities

• Independently source and develop high-quality used electronics suppliers across the U.S. and Europe; build stable supply channels and continuously expand the vendor pool
• Track and analyze global secondary-market trends for consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, laptops); negotiate with overseas suppliers to drive down costs and secure advantageous pricing
• Own the full procurement cycle end to end — deal negotiation, contracting, logistics, reconciliation, inbound receiving, and handling of product discrepancies — as a single-point owner
• Cultivate long-term supplier relationships; negotiate better payment terms, credit terms, and priority allocation to secure stable supply
• Proactively identify sourcing risks — geopolitical policy shifts, currency fluctuations, cross-border logistics, and product grading/condition — and act autonomously to mitigate losses
• Regularly review market pricing and supply dynamics, and share insights with the team to refine sourcing strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of procurement experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English — able to communicate fluently with both Chinese-speaking internal teams and English-speaking overseas suppliers
• Exceptional negotiation skills with strong sensitivity to international market pricing; able to independently secure favorable procurement terms
• Adaptable and resilient under pressure; capable of resolving unexpected issues independently and running the entire sourcing chain solo
• Existing stable supplier networks are a strong plus
