Junior Project Planer role:

· Implement and adhere to planning procedures in accordance with Planning Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

· Collaborate closely with the Planning Department, Business Unit, and Project Management.

· Develop and maintain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.

· Utilize Earned Value Management systems for project monitoring.

· Oversee schedule performance and productivity, conducting on-site progress audits.

· Injecting planning and programming insights into prequalification submissions and bids, entailing the formulation of construction methodologies.

· Providing ongoing assistance to site teams for a progress review, program updates, and necessary reporting

· Load schedules with resources and cash flow data for payment applications.

· Complete contract review reports and ensure the quality and accuracy of schedules and reports.

· Document delays and disruptions and assist in preparing claims and contractual dispute data.

Junior Project Planer Requirements:

· Proficiency in relevant planning software, ideally using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Excel.

· Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, business management, and clients.

· Proven experience in subcontractor planning (as opposed to client-side or management consulting).

· Initiative and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
