Junior Project Manager in Summit

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager; Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation.

The Project Objective:

\n

\n
• Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results

\n

\n

\n

We are looking for an individual with the following experience:

\n

\n
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role

\n

• Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry

\n

• Strong Analytical skills

\n

• Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones

\n

• Leading weekly team meetings

\n

• Communication Skills

\n

• Works very well with cross functional team members

\n

\n

\n

Activities:

\n

The chosen candidate will lead the following activities:

\n

\n
• Lead projects/programs within supply chain

\n

• Adherence to overall project plan and timeline

\n

• Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to insure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members

\n

• Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track

\n

• Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed

\n

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
