You can find out more about our extensive client portfolio on our website.\n\nThe Junior Project Manager role:\n\nDue to continued expansion, we are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our nationwide team.\n\nAs a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful control and delivery of construction projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness within a supportive environment.
You will attend site and client meetings, assist in coordinating teams, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nMain responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager include:\n\nSupporting the management of projects from inception through to completion under the guidance of a Project Manager.\n\t\nAssisting in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.\n\t\nHelping to develop and maintain project plans, programmes, and communication documents.\n\t\nSupporting the management of changes in project scope and identifying potential risks and issues.\n\t\nAssisting with the coordination and motivation of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.\n\t\nSupporting Health & Safety management on site and ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.\n\t\nAssisting in managing commercial expectations and project budgets.\n\t\nHelping to estimate resources and materials required to achieve project objectives.\n\t\nAttending and contributing to client and site meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and closed out.\n\t\nSupporting the monitoring of project programmes, milestones, and critical path activities.\n\t\nAssisting in the preparation of progress reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.\n\t\nSupporting the identification and resolution of project issues and conflicts.\n\t\nBuilding positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.\n\t\nSupporting project close-out activities, including lessons learned and post-project reviews.\n\t\nWillingness to travel nationwide depending on project locations.\n\nOur ideal Junior Project Manager will have the below skills and experience:\n\nSMSTS certificate (or working towards).\n\t\nConstruction-related academic qualification (BSc, HNC/HND) or relevant industry experience (e.g. graduate, assistant site/project role, or time-served trade looking to move into project management).\n\t\nStrong communication and organisational skills.\n\t\nA proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.\n\t\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office.\n\t\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing your own workload.\n\nAlong with a competitive salary we can offer you:\n\nExciting opportunities for professional growth and career development.\n\t\nMentoring and support from experienced Project Managers.\n\t\nA dynamic team with a passion for innovation.\n\t\nA collaborative, supportive, and inclusive working environment.\n\t\n25 days holiday (+ public holidays), increasing to 28 days with length of service.\n\t\nDeath in Service benefit.\n\t\nEnhanced Maternity and Paternity pay.\n\t\nEmployee Assistance Programme.\n\t\nAuto-enrolment pension.\n\t\nRefer a friend bonus.\n\t\nSocial events including a summer event and Christmas party.\n\nIf you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Junior Project Manager, then please click ‘Apply’ today!
