Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start their career in project management while gaining exposure to diverse industries and complex projects. You will be part of a collaborative team, where you will support the delivery of client projects, contribute to project governance, and grow your capabilities through structured training and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end delivery of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources. Assist in planning and scheduling activities using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project . Track progress against key milestones and help identify potential risks or delays.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for senior stakeholders. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track. Contribute to risk, change, and issue management processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Some prior experience in project planning, scheduling, or coordination (via employment, , or academic projects). A natural organiser with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
