Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator\nWe are working with a leading specialist in heating, cooling, and ventilation, and they are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join their growing team. Established in 2002, the company has built a strong reputation delivering sustainable building projects, including heat pumps, solar PV & battery storage, ventilation, and EV charging systems.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their career in the renewable and building services sector.\nResponsibilities\n * \n Set up new projects in Simpro (tasks, timelines, budgets, and documentation).\n * \n Build and maintain project plans for live projects.\n * \n Manage a portfolio of active projects, tracking progress, risks, budgets, and status.\n * \n Communicate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to keep projects running smoothly.\n * \n Monitor materials, site readiness, and installation requirements.\n * \n Track project financials and ensure alignment with budgets and fixed-price terms.\n * \n Prepare clear, customer-friendly updates throughout the project lifecycle.\n * \n Support commissioning, handover, and project close-out.\nRequirements\n * \n 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination, junior project management, or operations (construction, M&E, HVAC, or renewables ).\n * \n Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n * \n Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex updates.\n * \n Experience tracking budgets, risks, and deadlines.\n * \n Comfortable using project management systems (Simpro experience is a bonus).\n * \n Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to planning and scheduling.\nWhat they are offering\n * \n Clear pathway to become a full Project Manager.\n * \n Training in renewable technologies, Simpro, and project finance.\n * \n Hands on experience with high end residential and renewable projects.\n * \n Supportive team environment\n * \n Competitive salary, depending on experience
