Junior Project Manager -Commercial Fitouts and Construction

  Our Partner Company is a Commercial fit out and Construction and provides complete Project Management, Architecture, Design, Build, and Procurement service Job Summary: As a Commercial Fitouts and Construction Junior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of commercial fit-outs and construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. JOB DESCRIPTION Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones. Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial parameters. Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for cost optimization. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement effective mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure the smooth progression of projects. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our Wishlist •      have at least 1 year of experience in this industry.
