How You Will Make an Impact
- Junior Project Manager will guide and support project priorities appropriately to ensure effective and efficient project delivery.
- Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives that focus on maximizing the customer experience
- Junior Project Manager will recommend strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimized utilization of company resources.
- Leverage appropriate project management methodology to best fit project scope to effectively and efficiently deliver on project goals.
- Junior Project Manager will engage with stakeholders to capture project requirements.
- Analyze project requirements and provide recommendations on project priority, resource requirements, and timeline for project delivery allowing for an optimized and balanced project execution aligned with business priorities
- Develop and manage project plans necessary for implementation of identified key initiatives.
- Junior Project Manager will track project resources, issues, risks, and other associated performance indicators to ensure project success.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Economics, Finance or comparable field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- 1-2 years of project or task management experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer- facing role, preferably within technology or consulting organizations
- Experience with creating presentations and successfully delivering briefings
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, yet also work independently on complex problems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire for constant challenge and multi-tasking
- A demonstrated understanding of situation management
