JUNIOR PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Description Report to Engineer or his assigned.Manage the department to achieve defined objectives.To assis Engineer study on production in generally includes such aspects as economic analysis.Conduct DFM, process capability study for product design and requirement.Lead to resolve any technical issues arise during NPI (New Product Introduction) / FA (First Article) preparation stage.To assist Engineer such as tools, fixture and facilities design, and other aspects of related to manufacturing.To assist Engineer research on manufacturing processes and systems.Problem-solving and finding solutions;Proactive in process improvement and cost savings activitities.To assist Process Engineer in tasks given.Maintain the Standard Operation Procedures updated.Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Manager.Maintain good house keeping and 5’s.Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.Utilizes process simulation software to test and find the most appropriate production strategies.Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and health laws and regulation as will as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or 2~3 years related experience.Computer literate including design software and autoCADProblem Solving SkillsMust be a team playerStrict attention to detail
