The Role

We're looking for another Logistics superstar to join our growing team as a Junior Operations MOTH. In this role you will provide vital support to the supply chain function of MOTH, managing the day-to-day supply of our cocktails into the hands of our growing customer and consumer base. This is a key role that will cover the end-to-end supply chain process, helping to unlock the full growth potential for our business.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be excited to learn about the world of supply chain and logistics. They will be proficient at excel with an enthusiastic attitude to learning new skills and systems.

They’ll also have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, helping us meet our fulfilment targets and deliver exemplary service to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, reliable and confident talking to our suppliers and customers to build strong relationships.

They will thrive on finding new and more efficient ways of working, through cost and time saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

·       Managing our customer orders and stock transfers between warehouses

·       Own the MOTH new customer onboarding process

·       Support the production team with weekly BOM assemblies

·       Manage our customer supply queries and day-to-day comms

·       Product data guardian

·       Continuous improvement of current processes

·       Identifying cost saving initiatives within our supply chain

Experience:

• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Interest in Supply and Logistics (experience working in supply or logistics a bonus but not essential)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
