Picture this: sunrise over Phoenix, a stocked company service vehicle, and your first stop at a customer site. You’re the go-to expert ensuring their forklifts and material handling equipment run safely and efficiently. You diagnose, repair, and document with care—then head to the next site, leaving machines humming and customers confident.

Important: This is a technician role, not a forklift driving position.

• Title: Forklift Technician Level 1 (Mobile)
• Location: Phoenix, AZ (field-based across the metro area)

What you’ll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance on a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues with clarity and accuracy.
• Complete safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Keep detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and timelines.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service and communicate status updates professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay current on evolving forklift technologies and industry trends.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics but not required.
• Foundational knowledge of forklift operation and preventative maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your day in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear, friendly communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel to multiple customer locations as needed.
