Junior Electronics Design Engineer\n\nLocation: Littlehampton, West Sussex (UK)\n Work Pattern: Primarily in-person (up to 1 day per week WFH)\n\nWe’re looking for a talented Electronics Design Engineer to join a growing, design-led technology company working across life science, MedTech, consumer electronics, industrial, rail, instrumentation, and aerospace sectors. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you’ll play a key role in taking products from concept through to production, working closely with clients and a multi-disciplinary engineering team.\n\nThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role where an Electronics Design Engineer can see their designs come to life in real-world products. You’ll collaborate with software, mechanical, and project teams to deliver high-quality electronic solutions, and as an Electronics Design Engineer, you’ll have early responsibility and direct client interaction.\n\nIf you’re an experienced Electronics Design Engineer who thrives on variety, technical challenge, and real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing as the Junior Electronics Design Engineer\n\nDesign and develop electronic circuits, devices, and systems\nProduce and review technical documentation and design specifications\nTest, simulate, and validate designs to meet industry standards\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues\nSupport and mentor junior engineersWhat We’re Looking for the appointed Junior Electronics Design Engineer\n\nDegree in Electronics Engineering (or related discipline)\nAt least 2 years’ experience in electronics design\nStrong analogue and digital circuit design skills\nExperience with embedded systems and microcontrollers\nProficiency with tools such as Altium Designer or similar\nSolid documentation skills and attention to detailWhat’s On Offer\n\nCompetitive salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE)\nPension scheme & paid time off\nProfessional development opportunities\nCycle to work & EV salary sacrifice schemes\nBirthday paid leave\nReferral programme & yearly bonus scheme\nSupportive, innovative engineering environment
