Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRSCS is a leading full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company based in Mesa, AZ. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.

This full-time role operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. The Junior Billing Specialist will report directly to the Billing Coordinator and work under the supervision of the Director of Administration to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices in addition to assisting the entire team with administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly entries into QuickBooks for hours, parts, and other billing related entries
  
• Assist with the billing process as needed
  
• Accounting - data entry tasks as assigned
  
• Assist in daily office activities as part of the Admin Team
  

RequirementsQualifications & Skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
  
• Experience with Construction Admin and Billing
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks (1-3 years of experience )
  
• Excellent typing, written, and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
