JR Utility Project Manager

Work as a team member to plan, prepare, and execute a civil project from start to finish.
Maintain safety and production schedules.
This person must have Integrity, Focus, and Dependability.
Responsibilities:
- Attend preconstruction meeting with General Contractor.
- Conduct a pre-job meeting with the Superintendent and Foreman.
- Keep up to date job cost tracking records to ensure you are meeting budgets.
- Collaborate with utility supervisors and inspectors to resolve items that will impede production.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to meet project budgets.
- Know what entities to contact and schedule inspections that are needed in a timely manner.
- Use spreadsheets to track what material has been ordered vs received on your jobsite.
- Job costinvoices using project number and cost codes accurately utilizing software.
- Change Orders. Track all changes to the drawings. Prepare CO using Clearstory.
- Submit RFI's
- Submit final close out documents. Achieve final inspections from each of the pertaining entities.
- Prepare and submit billings to the Project Manager each month.
OSHA 10 min/ OSHA 30 within one year.
Knowledge of Clearstory
Efficient PC skills.
Efficient with Microsoft Office.
