For our Broken Arrow (Tulsa County) subsidiary, we are looking to fill the following position at the earliest opportunity:
Jr. Field Process Technician
What you can expect
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate laboratory trials and technical demonstrations for customers.
- Support machine installations, troubleshooting, and process optimization at customer sites and in-house.
- Provide technical training and maintenance support to operators and customer personnel.
- Assist with experimental test setups, process development, and material testing in dispensing technology.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and global colleagues to solve technical challenges.
- Document findings and provide detailed technical reports and commercial trial offers.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and innovation in high-precision dispensing systems.
What we are looking for
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Process Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Strong interest in hands-on work with industrial machinery and automation systems.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (30%–60% travel expected).
- 1–2 years of experience (internships, apprenticeships, or similar roles) in a technical field is .
- Exposure to PLCs, automation, or dispensing systems is a plus.
- Experience working in a lab, workshop, or service environment is a plus.
