We are a General Contractor/Construction Manager, seeking an Assistant Project Manager. MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL/CIVIL CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND.

Assistant Project Manager in coordination of project mobilization and construction administration as directed, including but not limited to:

• Permit procurement
• Utility provider identification
• Procore administration
• Coordination of site mobilization
• Subcontractor sourcing
• Schedule maintenance
• Project close-out warranties
• Inspection administration
• Other duties as assigned
