The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various electrical tasks, while ensuring overall project management and team mentoring. This includes exceptional understanding of electrical systems, strong leadership capabilities, and adherence to safety procedures and regulations.Compensation

Duties
-
Install and lay out conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems feeders
-
Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections
-
Analyze blueprints for jobsites

Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training
-
Complete a job layout for projects of various sizes
-
Lead crews of 2-5 electricians
-
Enforce jobsite safety
-
Provide excellent customer service
-
Complete designs and surveys in the field
-
Take service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues

Enforce a safe jobsite and maintain compliance with all OSHA, company, and customer-specific safety requirements
Qualifications

Journeyman’s license
-
Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
