Location: Vineland, NJ
Duration: 1 Month | 10–12 Hour Days | 6 Days/Week
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience & Certifications)

We are actively seeking skilled TIG Welders for a fast-paced, high-demand project involving Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe. Ideal candidates are experienced in process pipe welding and can read blueprints, fit their own pipe, and execute clean, quality welds with precision.
Key Requirements:

TIG welding experience with Schedule 10 stainless steel pipe

Able to purge and maintain the purge during welding

Can fit and prep their own pipe — not reliant on a separate fitter

Proficient in blueprint reading and layout

Understands how to manipulate heat input to prevent suck-back, sugaring, and warping

Uses proper technique for thin-wall TIG welding

Current TIG welding certification — or ability to obtain one before starting

Strong work ethic and ability to work long shifts consistently
