Journeyman Plumber Wanted for New Construction

Are you a skilled Journeyman Plumber with a proven track record in large-scale commercial projects? A new detention center is under construction in Lancaster, South Carolina, and we need an experienced plumber to join our team.

This project is expected to last for over a year and involves working in a demanding environment. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of a hot, humid, and dirty job site and can handle the challenges of a major construction effort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install PVC and cast iron piping systems.

• Dig trenches and prepare the ground for pipe installation.

• Work efficiently and safely under various weather conditions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber.

• Extensive experience in new commercial construction, specifically on projects like:

  • Prisons or detention centers

  • Police stations or firehouses

  • Large commercial buildings

• Proficiency with both PVC and cast iron materials.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 32 hours per week, with the potential for overtime based on weather.

• Location: Lancaster, SC.
