Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.What Matters Most:$72,800–$89,440 annual salary, based on experienceSchedule should be flexible.Direct Hire opportunity with long-term stabilityOnsite role in Pasco, WA between local locationsYour New Role as the journeyman electrician:Plan, design, and integrate complex HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air, boiler, and pumping systems.Create and manage organization-wide preventive maintenance strategies to ensure reliable system performanceHandle advanced diagnostics and repairs for intricate mechanical equipment and building automation platformsPerform energy evaluations and propose HVAC system upgrades that improve efficiency and reduce operational loadLead major system initiatives, such as equipment replacements, retrofits, and modernization projectsOffer technical support, training, and mentorship to less-experienced techniciansPartner with engineering and facility planning teams on building modifications, infrastructure upgrades, and project layoutsMonitor and interpret operational and performance data to enhance system reliability and reduce expensesVerify that all work meets applicable safety codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsDevelop, update, and maintain detailed technical guidelines for systems and procedural manualsServe as the main point of coordination with external contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulatory officials
Your Experience as the Journeyman Electrician:6+ yrs of experience in industrial HVAC, refrigeration, air compressors, boilers and pumps systems.
