Steve Basso Plumbing, Heating & A/C in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a full-time Journeyman HVAC Tech - Installer to complete high-quality repair and installation services for our clients. WHAT WE OFFER OUR JOURNEYMAN HVAC TECH - INSTALLER

This position comes with a unique compensation package and wonderful benefits and perks! Depending on experience, you start off earning $35.00 - $45.00/hour. You eventually transition to performance-based pay, where your earning potential rises to $120,000/year based on the goals and benchmarks you meet.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Your typical schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Here are the minimum criteria:

• Class D or S Connecticut journeyman license
• 5+ years of residential heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance experience
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair equipment
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
