What’s In It for You:

  • $35-40/hour guaranteed for the first 90 days (rate depending on experience); Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • After 90 days: Hourly pay ($28-$30) PLUS performance pay/bonus structure (to be discussed further during interview process)
  • On-the-job training from seasoned and master electricians
  • Great work hours: M-F 8a-4p. Opportunity to work Saturdays (and earn more) if desired
  • Paid weekly
  • Potential leadership or supervisory roles as the team grows
  • Take-home company vehicle + gas card
  • Five (5) PTO days per year (after 90 days)
    • Increases to 10 days/year starting year 2
  • 5 paid sick days per year

  • 401(k) available via ADP (no company match at this time)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform residential electrical repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners and customers
  • Use your electrical skills to assess and problem-solve in real time — “assess and go”
  • Deliver high-quality work while also identifying potential add-on work or upgrades
  • Work with your team and your leader to constantly improve your technical and soft skills
  • Represent the Mr. Electric brand with professionalism and integrity

Who We’re Looking For:You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who:

  • Has their Residential Electrician Certification; Minimum 3 years of residential electrical experience, with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Has a “find a way, make a way” mindset — you don’t wait around for someone else to solve a problem
  • Is ambitious and enjoys being challenged and learning new things
  • Has strong people skills, is confident with homeowners, and sees sales as a service
  • Has some experience with light commercial work (not required, but helpful)
  • Is comfortable with technology and open to learning new systems (Service Titan and/or RILLA experience is a plus)
  • EVITP certification a plus, NOT required
  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and background check
