Our current missions include Data Centers, High-Voltage Substations, Renewable-Energy Facilities, and Advanced-Manufacturing Projects.

What You’ll Do

• Install, terminate, and maintain electrical systems in mission-critical environments (480 V – 13.8 kV).
• Execute conduit, cable tray, and wire pulls per NEC standards and engineered drawings.
• Support commissioning, testing, and system integration alongside field engineers.
• Lead or assist crews on schedule-driven deployments where failure isn’t an option.
• Uphold TRIFECTA standards of professionalism, safety, and precision on every site.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (state or reciprocal license).
• 3 + years of commercial, industrial, or energy-infrastructure experience.
• Experience in data centers, substations, solar, or industrial environments .
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Willingness to travel or accept long-term deployments across the U.S.
• A results-driven mindset — where uptime, safety, and quality come first.

Compensation & Deployment Structure

• $33 – $45 / hour DOE, plus project stipends, per diem, and travel pay.
• Premium compensation for high-stakes, long-term, and emergency-response deployments.
• Deployment-based assignments under TRIFECTATM Mission-Critical Deployment.
