Position Overview

BigFoot Staffing is hiring 12 Journeyman Electricians for a growing power and infrastructure services partner based in the DallasFort Worth area. This is an ideal opportunity for early-career electricians who want steady, local work with the option to take on short-term travel assignmentsincluding 3-month seasonal rotations in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AC and DC electrical installations and service on infrastructure and power systems
• Execute panel terminations, conduit work, and power distribution tasks according to NEC standards
• Support projects at secure government and commercial sites within the DFW area
• Collaborate with foremen, project leads, and technicians to complete scoped work
• Optional travel: 3-month seasonal assignments in Hawaii available for interested team members

Must-Have:

• Valid journeyman electrician license (or equivalent hours toward licensure)
• Strong experience with AC and DC power systems
• Based in or willing to relocate to the DallasFort Worth area
• U.S. citizenship (required for federal site access)
• Ability to pass background checks for government projects

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior work in data centers, military bases, or other secured facilities
• Interest in long-term advancement into leadership or estimating roles
• Veteran or transitioning military background a strong plus

Pay & Benefits
