• Supervise a team of 1-2 apprentices, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with professionalism and expertise

• Maintain strict compliance with building and safety codes

• Keep organized records of work performed and materials used

• Manage material ordering, usage, and cost control

• Set the standard for professionalism, communication, and teamwork
